EnginPeers LLC ("EnginPeers," "we," "us," or "our") operates the EnginPrep web application (the "App") and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the App or contact us. By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

If you create an account or contact us, we may receive information you choose to provide, such as:

Password (stored securely via Supabase Auth)
Study session data and practice history

Supabase — for authentication, database, and backend services
Vercel — for hosting and deployment

4. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App and maintain records. Practice session data is automatically deleted after 90 days of inactivity. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

With service providers that support app functionality

To protect our rights, users, or the security of the App
In connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to help protect information. Account passwords are never stored in plain text. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International Users

If you use the App outside the United States, your information may be processed in countries where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
