EnginPeers LLC ("EnginPeers," "we," "us," or "our") operates the EnginPrep web application (the "App"), available at www.enginprep.com / www.enginpeers.com, and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the App or contact us. By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

We use essential cookies required to keep you signed in and maintain your session. If you visit the App through a referral link, we also set a first-party cookie that remembers the referral code for up to 30 days so the referral can be applied if you later sign up, along with similar cookies that record whether you have dismissed the referral notice; we also log that the referral link was visited. We also use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) to measure usage. For advertising measurement, we use the Reddit pixel, which may set cookies or use similar technologies to understand how visitors reach us and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising (for example, sign-ups and subscriptions that result from Reddit ads). Depending on your location, you may have choices regarding advertising technologies, and you can manage or block cookies through your browser settings.
If you opt in, we may send you marketing or promotional emails about EnginPrep, such as new features, study tips, or offers. You can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by updating your preferences in your account settings. Opting out of marketing emails does not affect transactional or account-related emails (such as receipts, subscription notices, or password resets), which we may still send you as part of operating the App.

Practice session data is automatically deleted approximately 90 days after it is created, and unfinished sessions are cleaned up sooner. Subscription and payment-related records may be retained longer as needed to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to help protect information. Account passwords are never stored in plain text, and payment card details are handled directly by our payment processor rather than stored on our servers. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If you use the App outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
